Our clients purchased the property in 2021 due to its ideal location and picturesque setting in the popular town of Chipping Campden. Originally built in the 1980s the detached dwelling previously had a detached double garage in the rear garden which was partly converted into office and occasional use holiday accommodation with an awkward vehicular access and parking area off a shared drive.
